amazing stay!
helpful staff convenient location comfortable room
The staff were helpful. i received wonderful service each day!!! the location was convenient. I found many shops and restaurants. i enjoyed the superior double room. It was very very comfy and tidy.
the room was small, especially the bathroom. there was not much counter space, made getting ready a little difficult.

the hotel is on a quiet street. the metro is just minutes away, which has a direct train line to the airport. luxembourg gardens is also very close to the hotel.

the staff was so helpful. check-in was easy!!! everyone speaks english, and they offered great recommendations for nearby restaurants. the hotel also provides coffee and filtered water in the foyer.

inflexible policy zero empathy
the cancellation policy proved quite inflexible. my attempts to adjust our dates due to unforeseen circumstances resulted in unexpected fees. the lack of empathy during a family emergency was really not pleasant. it.

I found many good restaurants nearby. THE hotel had a fresh, tasty breakfast. The front desk staff were very friendly. The room was designed stylishly, and i found the bed and bathroom very comfortable. I appreciated the convenient location near the rer line.
i noticed the room i stayed in was a little small.

inflexible policy cancellation fee
the staff demonstrated helpfulness and knowledge concerning the area.
attempting to change the date due to a child's illness resulted in a mandatory cancellation fee. i found the hotel's policy inflexible, especially considering the circumstances. such inflexibility lacks empathy and contrasts with experiences at other european establishments. i expected greater understanding during unforeseen family health issues.

okay stay with a few hiccups
stale pastries faulty air conditioning
I was a bit disappointed with the breakfast selection. the pastries were a bit stale, and the yogurt tasted bland. the room's air conditioning was also not working properly. It kept switching off, and i had to call maintenance twice. it was quite inconvenient at night.

charming stay near the gardens
quiet location helpful staff delicious breakfast ample space
The location really worked well. it was a short walk to many restaurants and shops. the gardens were just around the corner. the staff, especially gregory, was helpful. I really appreciated their kindness and willingness to assist, i love that. breakfast had a good variety and was always fresh and filling each morning.
i noticed a small stain on one of the towels, but it was quickly replaced.
